Two Luxor performances were called off

The entertainer, whose real name is Scott Thompson, was hospitalized on September 18. His shows scheduled for that evening and September 19 were subsequently canceled. The Luxor’s public schedule still listed September 21 as his next performance at the time of the latest updates, although any return will depend on his recovery and official confirmation from the venue.

Neither Thompson’s representative nor the resort disclosed the reason for the hospitalization. That absence of confirmed detail matters: early reports have circulated claims about what happened, but the statement from his team addressed only his recovery and the support he is receiving. The most reliable public update remains that he is hospitalized, being cared for and surrounded by people close to him.

The Luxor also issued a message of support, describing Thompson as a valued member of the resort family and expressing relief that he was recovering.
