KATSEYE has released Unloveu on streaming, with Lara Raj earning the group’s first member songwriting and production credits.

KATSEYE has brought “Unloveu” to streaming services, expanding access to a song that had previously appeared only on selected physical editions of the group’s WILD EP. The digital release arrived with a music video and a notable creative milestone for member Lara Raj.

Raj is credited as a co-writer and co-producer alongside Amy Allen and Ross Golan. It is the first time a KATSEYE member has received songwriting and production credits on one of the group’s releases, giving the track significance beyond its move from a physical bonus cut to a widely available single.

A quieter showcase for the group

“Unloveu” shifts away from the bright, high-energy approach associated with several of KATSEYE’s best-known songs. The ballad-style arrangement places more emphasis on the members’ voices, while the accompanying visual uses a restrained, largely monochrome presentation instead of a choreography-heavy burst of color.

The track was first included on select CD and vinyl versions of WILD in August. Its new digital availability means listeners no longer need a specific physical edition to hear it. An official audio upload distributed through the group’s YouTube topic channel also identifies the recording as a 2026 HYBE UMG release.

The release arrives as the tour begins

The timing coincides with the start of the North American leg of KATSEYE’s WILDWORLD Tour in Miami. The shows support WILD, which became the group’s first EP to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

KATSEYE is currently performing without Manon Bannerman and Sophia Laforteza, who are on hiatus. That makes “Unloveu” a release arriving during a transitional stretch for the six-member act, even as its touring and chart momentum continue.

For Raj, the credits open a new lane inside the group’s music-making process. For fans, the release transforms a collector-only track into a central piece of the WILD era and offers a more subdued view of KATSEYE than its biggest performance-driven singles.
