Khloé Kardashian Reveals the Name She Would Give a Third Child

Khloé Kardashian already has a name in mind if she decides to welcome a third child: Tyla. The reality star shared the possibility during an October 15 episode of The Kardashians, while making clear that she has not decided to expand her family.

True helped create the alliterative name

Kardashian said her daughter True suggested Tyla after learning that embryos created with Kardashian’s former partner Tristan Thompson remain in storage. The choice would continue the pattern established by True and her younger brother Tatum, giving all three names the same opening sound.

The Good American founder told her mother, Kris Jenner, that she liked the idea. Still, the conversation was hypothetical rather than a pregnancy announcement. Kardashian said she is weighing whether she has the time and energy to raise another baby, even though she would personally welcome the possibility of another daughter.

Kardashian and Thompson share True, born in 2018, and Tatum, born in 2022. Tatum was born via surrogate, and Kardashian said she would use a surrogate again if she chose to move forward with another embryo.

The decision remains open

The family discussion also touched on Kardashian’s future relationships. She explained that she does not necessarily expect to have children with a future husband, noting that co-parenting creates a permanent bond even when a romantic relationship ends. Jenner also questioned how a future partner might view embryos created during Kardashian’s earlier relationship. Her remaining embryos, however, leave open a separate path to growing the family she already shares with Thompson.

For now, Tyla is a favorite name rather than a firm plan. The exchange offered viewers a glimpse of how True’s curiosity turned a private medical detail into a broader family conversation, but Kardashian repeatedly framed the idea around “if” rather than “when.” That distinction matters: she is considering another child, not confirming one.
