Cardi B’s daughter Kulture stars in Grow-Good Beauty’s fall campaign as the rapper frames the hair-care line as a future family business.
Cardi B is turning Grow-Good Beauty into a family story, placing her 8-year-old daughter Kulture in the hair-care brand’s latest campaign. The fall restock spot presents Kulture in a playful kitchen setup, gathering fruits and vegetables associated with the product line before asking whether Grow-Good can go on her back-to-school list.
Kulture steps into the family business
The campaign arrived as Cardi announced that Grow-Good products were back in stock following an earlier sellout. In a post on her verified X account, the rapper highlighted Kulture’s role in the kitchen-themed video and linked followers to the brand. Grow-Good’s official online store also lists the company’s hair-care range, giving the campaign a direct commercial destination beyond the social clip.
Billboard reported that Cardi launched the company in March after developing a routine for her own damaged hair. The line grew out of homemade masks and family beauty practices, according to comments she previously gave about the business. That personal origin makes Kulture’s appearance more than a standard celebrity cameo: the campaign connects the brand’s identity to a mother-daughter narrative.
Cardi answers questions about Kulture’s role
The ad also generated debate online about featuring a child in a beauty campaign. Cardi responded that she views Grow-Good as a company Kulture may eventually own, framing the appearance as an introduction to a future family asset rather than a one-time endorsement. Her response shifts the focus from simple promotion to succession and ownership.
That framing fits a broader pattern in celebrity-founded consumer brands, where family members often become part of the public identity of the business. Here, however, the message is especially direct: Kulture is not only modeling a product but being presented as someone with a possible long-term stake in it.
The campaign gives Grow-Good a recognizable face at a key retail moment while allowing Cardi to emphasize the brand’s roots in her own hair journey. For fans, the most memorable element may be the easy chemistry between mother and daughter; for the company, it is a clear statement that family is central to the brand’s future.
