Turnstile will play a free October 24 concert near the Washington Monument to raise humanitarian aid for Palestine, Sudan and Lebanon.
Turnstile will bring its high-impact live show to Washington, D.C., for a free outdoor benefit concert near the Washington Monument on Saturday, October 24. The performance is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. ET on the National Mall, with advance RSVP available for fans planning to attend.
Human Concern International is hosting the event, which will raise money for humanitarian work in Palestine, Sudan and Lebanon. Admission is free, but organizers are encouraging donations through a dedicated fundraising campaign.
A free show built around relief efforts
Consequence reports that the campaign is aiming to raise $100,000. Human Concern International says the support will help provide food, water, medical care and shelter to families in the three regions.
The setting gives the benefit an unusually visible stage. Rather than attaching fundraising to a standard ticketed arena date, Turnstile is placing the cause at the center of a public afternoon concert. Fans can attend without buying a ticket, while the donation campaign creates a direct path for the crowd to support the event’s purpose.
The Washington performance is listed as the final date of the band’s Never Enough Tour Part 2. The current run also includes stops in California, Nevada and Arizona, along with festival appearances. Turnstile is still scheduled to play Camp Flog Gnaw in Los Angeles in November after the tour’s Washington finale.
Turnstile has used free hometown shows before
The Baltimore band has a history of marking major releases with open community performances. Stereogum notes that Turnstile played free, no-barrier afternoon shows in Baltimore around both Glow On and Never Enough, using those events to raise funds for unhoused people.
That history makes the National Mall show feel like an expansion of an existing idea rather than a one-off promotional stunt. The scale is larger, the setting is national and the fundraising focus reaches beyond the band’s hometown, but the structure remains centered on access and community participation.
The announcement arrives shortly after Turnstile’s musical-guest debut on Saturday Night Live. It also follows the release of Never Enough: Versions, a reworking of material from the band’s Grammy-winning album with a wide group of collaborators.
Fans should complete the free RSVP and check organizer updates before traveling, since outdoor event logistics can change. The benefit itself, however, is confirmed for October 24 with donations open ahead of the performance.
