A tribute became a family announcement

Cameron framed the dance around the grief of losing his mother, who died in 2020 after a brain aneurysm. In a recorded message used during the routine, he reflected on the woman he plans to marry and the family they are building. After the dance, host Alfonso Ribeiro disclosed that the couple is expecting a daughter. Pink confetti completed the reveal, and Cameron celebrated the prospect of becoming a father to a girl.
